TÜV Rheinland-KTI Kft. hereby informs its clients that, in connection with its testing and certification activities, it applies the procedure set out in the NAR-07 regulation for handling fraudulent conduct (including misleading, false, withholding relevant information, coercive or otherwise unfair conduct) by clients and their representatives.

In this regard, TÜV Rheinland-KTI Kft. has a reporting obligation towards the competent authorities.

In the event of confirmed fraudulent conduct, TÜV Rheinland-KTI Kft. is entitled to terminate the business relationship with immediate effect and to withdraw or suspend certificates/reports.
